Professional
She originally graduated from LSU with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering back in 2014. After working as an engineer for 5 years, she decided to follow her true passion, fitness. She began studying Kinesiology (Human Movement Concentration) at LSU, and during her pursuit, she was hired as a trainer and Athletic Training intern at FITT starting March 2021. She is passionate about assisting people with learning corrective exercises, and plans to continue her education through the NFPT and Human Movement Science at LSU while working at FITT.
Theory
Jordan believes that physical fitness can improve everyone’s lifestyle in and outside the gym. By implementing the correct program tailored to each of my client’s needs, together we can strengthen both the body and the mind.
